2 tbsp instant coffee
1 Large Potato, cubed
1 Leek, roughly chopped
1 Stick of Celery, chopped
1 Packet of Dried Soup Mix
3 Chicken Stock Cubes
1 Smoked Gammon Round, roughly chopped

Optional: Start by soaking the packet of dried soup mix in water for 2-3 hours. This can be skipped but will result in a longer cooking time.
Step 2: Begin Cooking
In a large pot (or an instant pot if you have one), combine the soaked soup mix, chicken stock cubes, and smoked gammon. Cover the ingredients with a generous amount of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes (or pressure cook for 10 minutes), adding more water if needed.
